Have you ever heard the tale of Darth Pumpius the Wise?

$CFII - Merging with View, the makers of smart windows and glass
-Merger vote on 3/5, SPAC's tend to ramp up into merger.
-1050 patents
-80% market share
-500 million dollar backlog
-100% YoY growth
-Auto tinting windows
-Each window has it's own IP address
-Windows come with security features to let you know if people are fucking with them
-These windows save massive amounts on heating and shit. Biden and the dems want Eco friendly cities and love forcing this type of tech down peoples throats.
-Many of the major developers that are using View windows say they won't build another building without them.
-Scientifically proven to increase mental health, reduce eye strain, improve sleep (more natural light, less solar radiation and shit)
-The windows allow you to ditch the blinds on your windows, so offices now have more space and landlords get to charge extra $ for having more quality space to use.
-Google, Facebook, Uber, Regeneron, Dallas Fort Worth Airport, and a bunch of other major companies have been installing these bad boys and are loving em.
-Getting project after project after project, they've announced like 2 new major projects just in the last week including one that'll be the center point of a new Google Campus that's been built.
Grab CFIIW for extra juicy leverage. (They're warrants with a 11.50 exercise price)

Just think anons
1. Smart auto tinting windows
2. Security features that let people know if the windows are being screwed with
3. You can manually control each window with your phone, you can make certain windows tint more or less
4. They're working on interactive displays and stuff with those windows/glass. Imagine being in Time Square and all of the windows were being used for advertising space as opposed to giant billboards, and not just plastering a giant poster ontop of those windows but actually using the windows as an interactive display which can also be done in Air Port terminals. The windows will literally pay for themselves.
5. They reduce energy consumption dramatically and we know theres a huge push for eco friendly "smart cities", lower power usage, lower carbon emissions, etc
6. Dems are friendly to green energy initiatives, they like passing subsidies and grants for them no matter the cost. Remember Solyndra?
7. View has the biggest tech players in the game buying them
8. Imagine a car with smart windows that reduced the tint or increased it based on weather conditions when you were away from your car so that the shit doesn't over heat in the Sun. Or increased the tint when people got near your car to add privacy for your cars belongings. Or for Truck Drivers to have added privacy while sleeping in the back. It's gonna become the standard in the coming years.
You're soooo fucking early its retarded. This won't make you 100x like some of my plays, but this will present a comfy chance at making a nice 3-10x in a relatively short period of time.

(not a financial advisor, I am actually retarded, you are fucking stupid if you listen to people on social media on what to buy, but you should consider it)

BTC
The market
EV stocks
Tech
and a couple dozen other bubbles first :)
And as long as it doesn't burst within the next 2 weeks you'll be on easy street
I've always been very specific about what SPAC's I buy and where I buy them, I've profited on about 65-70 now. And most of these boomer analyst don't understand why SPAC's are catching on so much more this time. Alot of it has to do with uniformity of the deal structures and warrants that was severely lacking in the past, as well as a lack of social media awareness of them.

This week is a craps shoot, anywhere from 10-20
What matters is seeing volume starting to come in by around March 5th when the merger vote is. If around the time this is still sputtering at around 10-11 you can cut for almost 0 loss and move on, if it gains volume and media awareness like SPAC's typically get going into the merge vote/merger finalization then this could pop pretty mightily, especially the warrants and March/April calls. If you go with calls don't get greedy, I wouldn't go with anything over $15

Yeah it doesn't really have anything to do with the specific one you posted, but I thought it was an interesting read

The QRD is that $26 bn has already been raised by SPACs in 2021 so far vs. $83 bn for all of 2020. There's a limited number of good private companies out there so a good number of the SPACs will probably fail to meet financial commitments.

>Although SPACs raise $10 per share from investors in their IPOs, by the time the median SPAC merges with a target, it holds just $6.67 in cash for each outstanding share

>We find, first, that for a large majority of SPACs, post-merger share prices fall, and second, that these price drops are highly correlated with the extent of dilution, or cash shortfall, in a SPAC.

>> No.29272666

>>29271887
What retards, if you bought 100% of the SPAC's that listed in 2020 and even if you held them post merge you would've finished the year up 65%
If you bought warrants, cut VTIQ/NKLA like I did when the warrants spiked from $5 up to $45 and when the Stock went to $100, and if you avoided buying the dog shit Chinese SPAC's, etc then you made fucking bank well over 200-300%

>> No.29272721

>>29271887
And it's also why I mention picking very specifically. I avoid most of the pumped up EV SPAC's and other shit if the warrants are already up above $5
Most of them have 0 revenue and have projections that they can't prove. CFII/View has a 500 million dollar backlog that proves their projected growth is sustainable.

I was not aware of this SPAC, I've been tracking like 150+ so I get bogged down. From the little bit of digging I've done it has lots of connections with Biden and is targeting Aerospace and Defense related shit. So it could be a massive winner or a massive failure. Do you have any other details on it? It looks interesting, I might have to add a small warrant bag.

I'd look for a break of that black upper line and the 1st pink line for a entry, if you're looking to trade. Wait for volume to confirm. Looks like it could have a nice move up if the market doesn't take a shit next week. (which it very well might) As for trading the warrants they have a mind of their own so I'd need to see more on the actual deal, potential targets, and do more digging before I opened a sizeable position.

View is not dogshit and I'm incredibly bullish on it, but not horrendously one sided biased.
Potential bearish points
-Over estimate their future revenue and earnings potential
-Over estimate their margins
-Competitors knock off their products (though this would be hard with their patents and state of the art facilities they use to make their product)
-CEO is a jeet
If a company is shit, I have no problem telling you that.
