Link is heavily, actively traded. It is "manipulated." How do I know? I trade. This fucking thing(right now was BTC dipping) but this thing hits every technical target on the way up and is sold to the technical target on the way down.

The selling is heavier weighted though and you get these fucking bonkers "scam" wicks when they over shoot.

There is not enough outside interest in Link, I am hypothesizing" it is all big operators bouncing the market around. Buy it then short it into the buy orders, then buy it into the sells...etc.. I could be 100% wrong, but it behaves suspiciously well.(from a trading perspective)
