it sounds interesting, especially assuming their partnerships are actually real and even have some government usage, but I am not familiar enough with it and there are a few other crypto projects I spread the little money I have over.

Some projects I have researched a bit more and really believe in. ADA or GRT for example. DOT also feels very promising.
5% I would allocate to things like XLM, COTI, HBAR and LTO unless I become more certain of them.

It's Price to Earnings ratio is one of the best out there. It's actually got a lot of adoption just from lookign at the transaction volume per day compared to much higher mcap coins. It's literally a gem that nobody knows about. The rest of crypto is still figuring out niches, whilst this one is already in one.
