I think Bitcoin Cash is actually the best step to improving cryptocurrency and improving Bitcoin.

Bitcoin as a means of storing value is an agenda pushed by alt-coin developers.

But you fucking sheep will follow whatever the fuck these cunts tell you to do. There's so many of you who actually don't have a clue about the situation spouting regurgitated opinions about BCC, that it's destined to be dead on arrival.

If BCC were to become the mainstream version of Bitcoin, alt-coins would literally have no use, other than the established ones such as Monero and Ethereum.

not really, segwit removes unnecessary data from the blockchain by adding some more code, which makes it more complicated but it's already done and the users don't care. it's something good because gives an instant scalability boost. In opens the door in case the community wants lightning networks, and block size can be increased at any point in time, even implement adaptable block sizes, it's just not absolutely necessary to do it right away so it wasn't done.

Do you think BCC deserves the hate it's getting?

If that was its only purpose then it would not have value since gold and silver already exit.

no. The community has the right to choose what it wants, and I feel like the transactions will be faster with BCC, among other improvements they provide. If they truly take bitcoin in a good direction, they will just be superior over time. I prefer the stability of core because I feel they try to get feedback from the community and think carefully before making a change.
I like the idea behind BCC but I feel removing the segwit code was totally unnecessary, which makes me wonder what kind of decisions they will make in the future. In the end, I will hold both for sure and see how it plays out

BTC will crash because it wasn't built with humans in mind.

Wouldn't BCC be largely controlled by Bitmain and Bitpay? Also they could technically premine BCC after the fork. Any truth to this?

No one believes in BCC = buy BCC. There's no sound justification against owning BCC other than people don't like that it will exist.

It's a contentious fork, actively harming the Bitcoin network.
