It’s not actually decentralized you faggot. What do you do to access the exchange and their web app? You go to a URL. That url can easily be blocked in a country by ISPs if big daddy govt says it’s illegal. Or even yet the hosting service can shut it down. Exchanges cannot be decentralized the moment you need to go a website to do a swap
