If you're very new you should stick with lower risk coins like Bitcoin and Ethereum, even if you buy at close to all time high, its bound to pay off long term. Coins like hoge are a complete gamble. That $2,000 could become $20,000 once hoge hits an exchange, or it could dwindle down to $0. There's no real way of knowing.
