in Poland it is nearly impossible to buy a simple 40sq/m apartament in big city. Average man would have to wageslave for 40 years just to pay for a small concrete cave.

What should i do? Renting until i die seems risky, are there any alternatives? Will this situation ever get better or prices decrease?
