Even if all the 800m tokens enter circulation, then at $1/coin, it's 800m mcap. Going 30x would be 24b. If Everest can get some countries to use it's digital ID platform, then 24b mcap is very low.

Keep in mind, digital ID has worked very well for Estonia. It also helps governments save money and time on bureaucracy. It makes sense that they'd want to use it, if the platform is well done.

I actually haven't heard about the project in Cambodia, but in Indonesia it was a small scale test run? Not sure what kind of success one should expect from that.

Personally, my hopium is not with the biometrics aspect. That's a side-feature. The digital ID itself is the main thing. In Estonia there were a lot of skeptics at first, but the digital ID was just so convenient to use for banking, government and online shopping, that the only ones who don't use it are old people afraid of computers.

Knowing this, it would be idiotic, and downright deceitful to call Everest a scam by any meaning of the word.
Now lets talk price:

>348 mil market cap = $3 (Is the goal after Friday AMA/App Release)
>580 mil market cap = $5 (Is the goal after Friday AMA/App Release + External hype)
>1.2 billion market cap = $10 (Goal after good faith of future implementation)

There are projects who don't have any real world implementation which have 10 billion dollar market caps, if this is implemented in a single country successfully this should be pushed well past 1 billion dollar market cap. I think it's a good risk/reward, if it gets used then I made it, if it doesn't then I can stake and recoup my losses over time. It's a win win, just put a couple grand in and forget about it, check back in a couple weeks. If you're going to fud after reading this then you don't deserve to make it.
