don't listen to the fud. Ripple was awarded the ODL patent. For 17 years the only ODL that anyone in the U.S. can use is the XRPL, almost a 2-decade monopoly. It won't end there of course, by the time the patent ends it won't matter, because anyone who holds any amount of XRP will have made enough passive income to invest in whatever may be next. If you are under 10k XRP never sell. you will earn far more money from providing liquidity and gaining interest. You get to designate what you earn interest in, I personally will choose US CBDC. I have 2483 XRP currently. When we reach 2k if I provide liquidity for 5%apy I will get $248,300 in US CBDC per year. After taxes, it will be more around 160-170k. Have some small measure of patience. In 6 days, Ripple is going to have their pre-trial meeting with the SEC. If Biden's nominee is appointed before, or shortly after that, there is a chance the SEC may settle with Ripple. Don't forget, it was the previous administration's SEC head that brought this case against Ripple, then retired the next day.

Ripple was awarded a patent just a few days ago. Over a third of all banks in the world are either using or testing XRP.

None of the fundamentals have changed.

If they reach a settlement in the next few days, great. If they don't, and it goes to trial, I'm buying the dip. At most we'll have to wait a few months for another chance to settle, or it goes to trial.

XRP will moon. Either when Biden's nominee for the SEC gets in, or in a few months tops. Screen cap this mutha duckers!

I bought off uphold on Sunday. Migrated there after bitstamp fagged out. They're good, but low daily purchase limits, and they'll hold your xrp transfer to your wallet. For me the holds have been 45 min-2hrs, some anons report holds for days and weeks. If you have a xumm or exodus wallet, you can buy off the ledger. Next purchase I'm going to test it, move $20 or so USDC from bitstamp to the wallet, buy right from the tap.

Be careful. I was reading Uphold's fine print, and noticed that most of the Crypto they sell, is actually crypto. A few of their coins are IOUs, and not true crypto.

Also, I would look closely at the fees to trade on Uphold. The fees are nice and low to buy, sell, or move XRP to an external wallet (after a 65 day waiting period), but the fees for trading are higher.

My plan is to form an LLC, to put all of my XRP in.
This will protect me from most potential lawsuits, where people try to go after my money.
It will also allow me to pay less in taxes

When Flare comes out, I plan on buying a lot. Not sure if I need an equal amount to what I have of XRP.
And then stake my XRP to gain interest.

Then I'm going to get a loan for US dollars, taken out against some of my XRP.
With the loan money, I'll buy the safest blue chip stocks (ones that pay dividends)
I'll make sure to get a loan, that is a lower interest rate, than the interest rate I'm generating by staking, with Flare

Each month, I'll cash out enough XRP to make payments on the loan. But since the loan interest rate will be less than the interest rate on my staking, I'll never be actually touching the principle amount of my XRP.

When I pay taxes, the money I pay for the loan payments will be considered a capital gains loss. Which will perfectly cancel out the taxes I would have to pay, on cashing out my XRP.

Then, I can live off of the dividends from my blue chip stocks, while still keeping all of my original XRP.

Those are the broad strokes.
I'm not sure if I need to form an LLC now, or if I can do it later.
If your videos will cover any of this, or alternative strategies, it would help me and a lot of anons.
