Celo is basically a crypto bank. If you have a smartphone, you can bank with CELO. Apparently gates is involved with it somehow. It's not bad I just have zero clue why it's dumping when institutional banks just dumped 20mil USD into it. It's a good long term hold. EOY around $15 or 20$ is the conservative estimate as more people use it to bank using smartphones.
