I work as the IT guy for a company. Whenever they want to purchase a new computer, I use the same vendor every time. I made a deal with this vendor, so I get a small cut for each sale. In December I almost made the same as what my employer pays me.

Software dev. Quit my job december and live off my saving so I can continue training mma all day every day.
