This is the most bullish I have been ona crypto since far this year. Let me explain. The concept is simple, bring Btc into the defi world with a one way swap. The demand for btc in defi contracts is huge but there wasn't a way to do it ina trustless way. Wbtc and Ren are centralized and so you don't actually own anything. This way the asset is in your care. The marketcap of Wbtc is 6 billion. That grew from nothing in about one year. That shows the level of demand there is for btc denominated tokens in defi. We are sat around 10m mc now. The potential is massive as more and more Bitcoin passes over the bridge into defi. Worth knowing.
