How do you bring yourself to buy coins that already far from the bottom?

I missed out on so many moon missions because i've this same mentality, LINK at 1.3$, Aave at 30$, GRT at 0.3$ etc etc. This same mentality still hold me back, I can't bring myself to buy LINK rightnow despite knowing it's undervalued, I can't bring myself to buy AVAX dip because a month ago it was 4$ despite knowing it's the next big thing.

I just keep waiting for too long for coins to bleed until a miss out completely. How to shake this thought away?

I'd much rather spend 5k to have 50-100k in a year rather than spend 20k on speculation to turn a profit or lose it all on shitcoins.
