I don't have any confidence that Ag will moon any time soon (and I hope it doesn't for a bit so more people can get on board the rocket) but I wouldn't be surprised to see it hit 50 -and fall back quickly. I think that USD is so entrenched in world finance that its going to have a slow painful death, and those who profit from keeping it around hold a lot of power which they'll use to drag it out until they can hop into the next big thing. I'm into silver because I do think its undervalued but more than anything like other PMs it'll protect me from inflation which seems impossible to avoid given what happened in 2020. I don't think we'll have a huge society-wide collapse anytime soon, but prices of goods in USD are bound to go way up and in a very short period of time.

Also silver is cool

For me, it's junk silver. I still remember my first junk silver purchase like it was yesterday. My eyes were popping out, staring at all the marvelous coins and the history that they carried with them. I got a couple of Morgan dollars and Kennedy half dollars and when I added three Roosevelt dimes, the dealer threw them in for free.

So now every time I go to my dealer the staff greets me with 'hey, it's the silver junkie!' and everybody laughs. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local coin shop. I go there at least twice a week to look at the new inventory that came in and have a fun conversation with the employees and occasionally a customer.
Junk silver is just the best, it gives you the best value for money, you dont have to worry about wear and tear and it is in constantly dwindling supply.
I don't drink or do drugs, but I never come down from my junk silver high.

I signed up to take the firearms course in March 2020, it got cancelled when Ontario went into lockdown.
