I didn't really understand NFT, especially shit like collectible art and cards and I kind of feel like a boomer. You could make an analogy with Pokemon cards and being able to technically "print" them yourself?

$RARI seems like a pretty cool concept within the NFT world. However, they claim that you shouldn't hold their coin as an investment and they airdrop active users tokens every week.
People are also shelling out thousands of dollars for anime cards ($CHONK).

I don't really understand it either but look at it like it's CSGO skins or Pokemon cards. Both can be worth thousands of dollars, while it's basically just a piece of paper or a virtual skin (that you can even get with some cheats, locally though).
