Real brokers, like TDAmeritrade's thinkorswim. Otherwise you should be using tradingview.com, stockcharts.com, finviz.com, or a non-pile-of-shit for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

Looking for advice on NMM

They're a shipping company which currently trades at $1.60, which is a significant low for them. The reason is that dry bulk shipping rates have plummeted recently: too many ships on the water, no one wants to be the first to scrap them, and manufacturers have been using their own transport.

They're known for offering a generous dividend, although it's currently discontinued. I think this could be a good oppurtunity to buy in...ASSUMING the rates for chartering cargo ships go back up.

Can anyone who knows the shipping industry give me insight? Is the current overcapacity going to be a long-term problem or is it going to bounce back in the next year or two?

NMM has a huge equity stake in Navios containers so NMM has exposure to both the container and dry shipping market.

NMM has done alot to shape up their balance sheet and get ready for a shipping recovery. the only problem with it is that it doesn't get alot of attention and some of these low floating shipping stocks which are low floating due to dilution then r/s then more dilution and another r/s

NMM hasn't had to reverse split because they don't dilute like most shippers. If you compare a r/s history with most shippers and then with NMM you will see that NMM doesn't reverse split and that is because it does not dilute like the others........

i think its a great shipper and anything Navios is a good pick.
Navios in general have a strong management team and know alot about the shipping market as you can see when you look how many Navios there are.
