10 cents per view literally doesn't exist. You'll maybe get a couple dollars per thousand impressions. That's a fraction of a cent per impression. Queries usually run on the order of a few cents per hundred thousand. It's not enough to just break even. You need to be able to consistently turn a profit. You wouldn't want to run queries against a file storage system where you'll be iterating over the same info multiple times for the same user. Since you're only gonna get about half a cent per user you can't use any more resources than that.
