I think the Lawsuit has provided RIPPLE great publicity and rendered it more useful. This will definitely bring it into the mainstream and will help to pump it up. It is still cheap.

If it were to die the lawsuit would have done it, however, it has real case usage and will prove a contender in the payment industry and it has huge potentials. I think 5-10 US $ is the first step, provided ripple decides to publish its successes customers' achievements through aggressive campaigning.

but we can estimate avg price using the avg daily ForEx volume (6.6T$) and XRP volume (45M XRP) and we get a price of $150k approx. this is the ‘frankenmath’ but imo is a decent approximation.
