I get it it's kinda cucked but it isn't close in level of cuckoldry of paying property tax.
Think about it logically. You are giving away your hard earned money to government. And why?
Because you own land. You are basically serf.
Then some government drone gives your hard earned money to some coalburner who wasn't smart enough to use counterconception. Your work sustains some mongrel who in couple years might plunder your stack.

Look at India. First domino to fall.

I'm on board with cryptos that have utility but BTC is not a store of value. Nothing that can swing 30% within a few days for no apparent reason is a store of value.

An update to strategy.

https://youtu.be/WRIHIIzTWEw

Andy Schectman of Miles Franklin has discussed how his business operates over the weekend. I suspect that some online retailers are just flat out doing everything short of taking their sites down over the weekends to avoid being naked exposed if there's a price gap up over the weekend. Watching that video I can understand Andy's exhaustion. I don't even hold it against the retailers for leaving their sites intact and not doing the whole "down for maintenance" thing. THAT potentially could spark a panic Sunday.

This might go on for weeks. You should be watching Sunday futures as a regular thing from here on out if you're not already. See link.

https://www.investing.com/commodities/silver

Anyway. I'm letting you degens know that you should be adjusting your stacking strategy accordingly.

1. Assume the online retailers are CLOSED over the weekend. Friday closing bell to Sunday futures opening. So do your online shopping during the week. Might have to even do it during market hours only. Might depend on the retailer. A mistep on their part could torpedo them. Permanently.

2. Weekends are where you patronize your LCS. Call beforehand. I really don't know if they too are now wanting to shutter over the weekend, but don't be surprised if this starts happening. Probably depends on their inventory, incoming deliveries and business model setup.

3. I'm putting this out because, heh. I'm pretty much done stacking for now, other than the ocassional visit to a brick-and-mortar (i.e. I'm back from today's haul).

4. Chime in, frens. Let's wage this war together, as is our wont to do. Anyone having cancellation stories of the last 24-48 hours specifically? I think this is just something we're going to have to live with now.

5. It's actually fucking happening. Get fucking comfy. How copy.

Just jotting some notes down. In Kinesis, if the spreads move upward/downward by 1%, you can sell/buy their tokens and buy/sell if it reverses.
So every cycle you basically force that much more physical gold/silver to be pulled into the vaults. It is like a multiplier effect of invested capital to requiring physical delivery. Only problem is if there is a breakout. But the prices are still paper spot +1% involved which is better than the real prices now. Divergences of 2+% it becomes a way to get paper spot prices although I am not sure what kind of bullion they would give you if you wanted physical redemption of tokens.

Two suggestions:
1. Yes, do visit your LCS to get some market research. What's a generic round going for? Has the stores been wiped out? Is stick plentiful and people selling back? Have premiums increased or decreased? Is the dealer offering to buy above spot?
2. I actually think buying on the weekend is a great move based on faithful dd made in #1. If premiums are stupid and keep going up then you would want to lock in a purchase that's (relatively) cheaper online because it beat what you had access to locally.
With that said I'm continuing to accumulate but am not spending as much powder since premiums are stupid rn. Safe the powder for a good (((dip))) or other buying opportunity later, just continue averaging up slowly. The only way you'll get burned is if it's really fucking happening this time and it's black swan tiem

They really like the look of sunshine mint bars, they also like the look of american flag bars and 10 commandment bars. Those are the big 3 for ebay. They are generally ignoring cheaper bars and coins that are from 4 to 8 dollars cheaper because they like the look of it. They also don't do "market research" or anything like that and just invest without knowing an ounce is an ounce. They're probably expecting some increase in what they can get when they sell, which they will get for a sunshine mint but probably like 1 dollar and not 13. They don't really see it as an investment the same way you do so they are driven on FOMO instead of reason.

The point is that if one day I need to sell something for quick cash, he already knows who I am and we have had a business relationship. Networking can help when you least expect it.

Either way, same shit with GME. It will crash and normies will lose everything and become even poorer. That's the entire plan. Same shit with all the overvalued tech stocks.

I am heading back out for another two hours but quickly each province and territory has their own setups. In BC you need an FMC (free miners certificate) to dig with machinery and hold claims. You can pan with only a shovel and pick without issue, all over gear requires a permit.
In Alberta though there are no claims, and you can work where ever you want so long as its not private land, and if you want to mine with machines you need to hold the lease on the land to do it. It gets complicated the further east you go.

Pretty sure Bayhorse as a company wasn't around for the last bull market so you might be thinking of some other company. It has always fluctuated between .10 and .25 since 2014, although it did trade at .50c for a while.

My only concern about BHS is Biden administration going full schizo on miners and turning the US into a very miner-unfriendly territory; they already did this bullshit:

https://news.yahoo.com/judge-trumps-lifting-mining-ban-011734089.html

And I guarantee the federal government won't fight it. BHS is also getting around some mining limitations by using an ore sorter, and if some cunt in government thinks they're breaking the rules it could get in trouble. But those are just uneducated assumptions backed by some common sense.

Probably no divvies any time soon but maybe after they are done with their debt. I decided to buy because it's a decent risk-reward play at an acceptable price point with the current silver price. If silver goes higher, it's nice to have a position but with the amount of warrant overhang and debt I may take profits earlier than many here

Sounds similar to each state in the US. In my state of Pennsylvania you really can't pan for anything. They have permits and what not but it's just not worth it to get a speck of glacial till gold or the one or two streams in south central of the state that you can find a speck or two also. When I was in Idaho I saw some people with floating rigs on the Salmon River which looked bad ass.

Uh... so basically, if demand for SLV picks up too much, SLV may say sorry can't source any silver right now, price will skyrocket, they shorts will need to pay huge premiums to close their positions, price will skyrocket even more... but its not because silver went up but because of supply shortage...
tl;dr they added this for legal protection and are expecting the happening to happen.

Not really. I mean gold and silver do have utility, but that doesn't translate into intrinsic value or price. Water bottle > gold bar under the right circumstances and all that. PMs do stand a very good chance of remaining valuable to people once other things like shitty fiat paper is not though, which is whys we be doins what wes doins. Stacking food, firewood and firearms alongside PM simply shows that we understand the hierarchy of value.

AR / .22lr pistol combo has most bases covered in SHTF
Can easily take medium game with AR, and .22lr pistol is great for small game and isn't too loud if properly suppressed

I've done it but don't tell the game warden. Statute has run out anyways.

but yeah, if price and availability are the same I'd take the AR also

I need some help /pmg/
recently acquired pic related on ebay. 1oz Silver Kangaroo gilded perth mint 2020. I googled around and discovered this isn't the top result for that search term and there's actually a different design for the 2020 version. I found my version eventually on some random coin listing site but no where else. The seller said 5000 were minted which is pretty standard so I feel like something is up, any ideas?

PSLV is small enough that if there were options on it, pmg on wallstreetsilver could delta squeeze PSLV into a short squeeze on the comex. Probably why there aren't options on pslv

Ok basically you own the mineral rights to the area in question, nothing more. You dont own the land, you can not build on it without permits, you can not live on it for longer than 6 months. In Canada the land belongs to the crown. You can own private land and someone else can own the mineral rights, its quite common to have this in fact and its caused issues before. You as the claim holder must ask permission to access the claim through private land but this is only a formality, your claim supersedes their private land in many cases. Its a complicated mess trust me, there are all sorts of fun things in the mining legal code, my favorite being "F Grants" which basically mean your running your own state outside Canadian jurisdiction.

Based pic. I really like that one.
I will read up on some more information. Seems like it's very complicated as you said. The whole asking permission as a claim holder from the land owner seems fucked up.
>Sell a claim
>Deny access
Is this really possible?
