I used probit with zero fees:
convert btc to tether (on binance)
transfer it to probit via tron (zero fees but takes ~1.5 hours)
exchange usdt to rbc
keep in mind that if you will have to pay the fees eventually if you want to transfet the rubics into another wallet, unless you convert them to tether first and transfer it via tron
