I can't believe that there are people that pay $47,000 for a digital currency for no other reason other than ''investing''.

Am I alone in thinking that there are at least 5 better investments with better and more secure yields than crypto?

Keep in mind that I receive $195.000 per year from renting my real estate + I own the asset and can ALWAYS take a HUGE loan on it to do whatever I want such as buy another property for even more return in rent paid.

I have received total of $1.450.000 from renting my properties in the last 8 years without working one hour. Fine I inherited it but in any case Idk guys how you have the guts to put good money in digital currencies I just don't.
