the usd lost 97% of its value since 1913, it will lose another 97% in a far shorter period of time. my guess is 15-20 years.

the big question is which major currency sees a rapid decline first. for many investors, the usd suffering heavy losses in 10 years would be irrelevant if the euro or yuan preempt those losses by a couple years.

it's not a coincidence that the primary motivator for fiat has been the funding of the military industrial complex. they are intrinsically connected, and if it is threatened, it will use violence to establish it's relevance.
