I made a few k on spce, I sold today though when it went to 60 because I figure it's way overvalued anyway, and even if the test flight goes well there are no new catalysts for awhile and people are gonna figure out that the company makes no money and won't for another year at least so it will dip. Even worse the rest flight does not go well.

Otherwise you'll have to open a separate option enabled TFSA and you'll have 4 TFSAs (2 USD 2 CDN) like me. Also, RRSPs, I'll sell stuff from my TFSA, move the cash to my RRSP to get the tax refund. Its honestly pretty hard to say. One of the first things I do is look at the stock in question and see if its up massively on the day and check if there's any potential catalysts that could garner a major move higher. You can't just look at how much premium was spent on a particular call or put and be like "wow no one is gonna throw 1 million dollars away! I'm definitely getting this!" Pic related. Look at all the premium spent on those IWM puts and look at where IWM is now. That is a clear example of someone who is long on a stock and is hedging their position with puts to avoid losses to the downside. A lot of times you gotta go with your gut if you're unsure. If I see multiple instances of a particular call/put option on a list, I'm more inclined to get it. Like the AAPL calls for example would have done pretty well if you got them when I first posted this. Its kind of the reason I got the NOK and OGI calls to begin with.
