I use cashapp to purchase btc and then I hold it in my own wallet. Cashapp also comes with a card you can use to spend your cashapp balance. incase of an emergency I can transfer my btc back onto cashapp and sell within minutes. I don't keep any money on cashapp but it's a nice fallback if for some reason If need to sell my btc and have instant access to the money.
