Lets get a thread on why you chucked a few hundred into a shitcoin or project.

Kleros:
I Got a law degree and loved the idea of smart contracts. Kleros came along and pointed out that there is a problem in that ecosytem where people will have a hard time trusting the smart contract. They propose an arbitration system attached to the contract. This is a pretty standard clause in every other business contract today, and the fact this company is trying to add it to smart contracts has alot of potential. IDK how the fuck they're gonna make it work though it seems a bit eh at this point.

The gambles that are being placed on this are 1. smart contracts become the standard in the future between businesses or people. 2. Kleros has a good enough and trusted enough arbitration system that can attach to that. (hence why the FUDDers point out the system won't be trusted as it'll be run by pajeets.)

if both become reality then it'll be huge. An arbitration system would be huge for the smart contract ecosystem thus i chucked a few hundred on this shitcoin. If another shitcoin comes up that does the same or similare i'll probs chuck a few hundred on that as well.

so /biz/ tell me honestly in your opinion why you see value in chucking some money on some shitcoin

The idea behind Kleros is great but the team is full of idealistic French SJW's who don't care about marketing their product. I'm never going to invest in anything French again, fuck those arrogant wine sipping faggots.

100k+ stack holder here. While they may be shit at marketing this is where we can step in and help it gain traction with normies. It’s probably the only crypto project I’ve come across that actually makes sense and seems viable. If we help it gain greater visibility and support, the main dev team will be forced to either step up to meet the challenge...or they won’t, at which we as a collective populous can demand that outside leadership can be brought in to right the ship and give them a sense of direction, specifically with regards to the marketing aspect. Now that Kleros is decentralized, we are essentially the shareholders so we need to assume our duty to fight for our investment. Shilling this coin to normies at every chance we get will help us accomplish this. My dad (who mostly thinks crypto is only a meme) is about to throw $10k into Kleros on the prospect that it’s able to solve the inherent issues with ODR today.

I’m super bullish on Kleros (PNK). I do think something needs to be done to address the ETH gas fees, whether it be shifting to Cardano or another platform, etc. I want to stake a portion of my stack in the general court but these gas fees are making it unfeasible.
