The reason it is difficult for us as a group to pump and dump assets the way that reddit does is due to our anonymity providing no consequence for bad actors. As a result people can break the rules and deviate from the plan with no accountability. Every party therefore is encouraged to act against the agreement, as they have every reason to assume someone or even everyone thinks they will do the same. If only there was a form of technology that could mediate situations like this.
