You for real? Bitcoin and eth cant scale. Layer 2 fixes this. Imagine only paying gas fees once to do multiple trades instead of each trade. As layer 2 gets adopted gas fees should naturally reduce + ither stuff like roll ups etc will help with on chain congestion. No bullrun/alt season if everyone is priced out by gas.
