Rent control is good. But not to force the prices lower, to force them lower. USA should implement a federally binding rent control for every property in USA that you can charge NO LESS than $2000 a month for a single bedroom apartment, +$500 MINIMUM per extra bedroom.

Everyone should be forced to work 80 hours a week to merely survive.
