I'm a 2016 mETH head and I'm going to convert my stack to AVAX, fuck it. I can no longer deny the superior tech.

EMIN, YOU'VE WON!!!

Fully diluted market cap is already 27 billion though, aren't you guys worried about that?

>> No.28252952

>>28252885
Full dilution will never be reached, it's designed to circulate at half that after about 10 years in continuous operation. It will take a long time to get to half that value.

>> No.28252989

>>28252885
The dilution occurs over 20 year period, and AVAX is burned like ETH, but capped supply. Don't tell me you fell for that cryptoeconomics FUD?

>> No.28253226

Fully diluted cap is a meme, By the time AVAX will have 600M+ in circulation DOT/ETH/any infinite supply coin will have marketcap in the tens/hundreds of trillions. AVAX burning mechanism will prevent the supply from deviating a lot from 360M, So it built to be stable around 360M even in decades from now.

Total supply is legit but it'll take 10 years to be fully circulated+AVAX is still undervalued by minimum x7 relative to inferior DOT going by total supply (Which's in itself kind of wrong, Circulated supply is much more important).

Marketcap of inferior competitors/projects by the time AVAX will reach the full total supply (360M tokens) at current price of each one of them:
>Polkadot-67B$
>Ethereum-220B$
>ADA-27B$
>XLM-21B$
>Filecoin-61B$
>Flow-11B$
>DOGE-15B$
>Algorand-10B$
>Cosmos-9B$
>XRP-50B$

AVAX-9.5B$. Again, I'm being generous here as calculating valuation going by the price in 10 years is retarded and can only be applied as low IQ fud, In reality AVAX would go 2-3 full bull cycles without reaching 360M tokens in circulation.

Ah okay. As far as I know though, ETH isn't burned, at least not until they implement EIP-1559. Does every transaction that occur on the network burn AVAX? No I didn't read any FUD I just didn't buy it because the circulating supply was such a small part of the total supply which got me worried about getting dumped on. I didn't do too much research on how the supply will be released. I did check it out when it was around $10 though and the project seemed very interesting, kicking myself for not buying some.

Did any of you try this new DEX (pangolin or something) that was released on AVAX? Does it work well?

>> No.28254204

>>28253592
AVAX is burned at a fixed rate but the amount changes by some kind of weighted vote (of the nodes I assume). I think there's a patch to it with dynamic fees as well that should lower it on average.

>Did any of you try this new DEX (pangolin or something) that was released on AVAX? Does it work well?
It's a bit buggy but it works, fees are low and it's instant
