Dot is interesting when it comes to interoperability between centralized services and decentralized systems, but I don't see how it will be enough to fuel adoption beyond Ethereum, considering Chainlink can fill this role and is better at it. Sidechains being auctioned and limited in number make it harder to adopt than Avalanche subnets.
