Intro
Derivatives make up a large part of financial services, and are the future. Growing from $0 in the late 70s to trillions of dollars today. Derivatives have a lot of useful functions that benefit financial systems. Tokenizations are a type of derivative.

Tokenization has standardized on Ethereum, but there is no framework for "guaranteed liquidity markets" (ie. Core's TVPL). Without this guaranteed liquidity, there is a lot of risk the markets face, hence the value of Core's TVPL in reducing risk for the market.

Spectrum of Liquidity
Most markets in crypto have unlocked liquidity. This attracts a lot of capital, but lacks the ideal of "market certainty" (since anybody can remove liquidity at any time). Core's "locked liquidity" creates a lot of market certainty, but is not so great at attracting new capital. This is where the idea of "Open Vested Liquidity" comes from, creating a middle ground between attracting new capital while still ensuring some certainty.

OVL will have a block time vesting schedule, where liquidity will be locked for preset amounts of time. So people will have the ability to remove their locked liquidity over time, but there will also be some amount of market certainty. This will attract more "movable" liquidity, without disturbing the anchor of Core's TVPL. OVL will be like the cream on top of the cake of Core's locked liquidity.

CoreDEX Launch Migration
CoreDEX will offer a lot of financial services (derivatives, futures, loans, leverage, etc) with the benefit of resting on top of a highly liquid, yet at the same time secure, market (thanks to TVPL and OVL)

Core will introduce a new CoreLP token (note: seems to be standardized across all liquidity pools?) which will allow Core to "rebase" its liquidity (note: I believe this means adjust the distribution of how much liquidity is in which tokens, across LP1, LP2, LP3, etc). (note: it also appears to standardize earning of rewards across all the liquidity pools). 70% of LP holders will need to be in agreement to migrate liquidity from CoreVault to CoreDEX.

(note: Core token can also apparently be locked in the migration to earn fees for a certain period of time (the testing phase)). After testing phase Core token returns to its intended use, which is a revenue split token for coreLP holders.

Limited Staking Window
A new mechanism is being developed: Limited Staking Window (LSW). It allows users to stake capital towards a type of tradable derivative. (note: sounds a bit like like being a liquidity provider to a derivatives pool, along with OVL dynamics, where liquidity is locked for a certain period). To incentivize contribution of capital for derivative pools, there could be up to 30% incentives, and a referral system of 10% for bringing people in.

Liquidity Rebasing Token (LRT)
Core changes the way liquidity works in DeFi. Rather than just keeping track of how much liquidity you have given, like it does in other networks, LP in Core is more of a permanent brick in the wall. So even the idea of LP tokens are being reimagined. It has the goal of limiting how many additional LP tokens can be created, without directly affecting the liquidity pool (as it would in other networks, like Uniswap). So LP tokens can become extremely expensive, limiting the opportunity for new people to buy into the fees generated by the network.
