ETH 2 has been in development for years and there's still no sign of it being released, or ever being released for that matter. And even if it does get released it might not be as good as Cardano might be. Meanwhile Cardano is about to onboard millions of new users with a government partnership that's soon to be announced. Cardano is going to be ready for wider use soon, and its ERC 20 converter is going to make it very easy for teams and projects to switch from Ethereum to Cardano.
I hope the Kleros team has looked in to using Cardano.
