You know these shitcoins don't make it very easy for investors to understand or care about what they actually do, and many of them (probably at least more than half) like to keep it that way because they only care about attracting money.

I honestly want to care. I want to be able to read a whitepaper and understand. I wish I could understand the technobabble and make my own judgment what projects to put money in... but they don't make this easy. Maybe if some of the "good" tokens' creators got off their high horse and dumbed themselves down to the average person's level of understanding, they could attract more people and less people would go into scams like doge.

I think the impenetrable technobabble and arrogant attitude that "dyor" means "just become an expert in computer engineering and economics bro" actually makes people not take crypto seriously and encourages them to chase pnd scams. Because they assume that crypto is a scam to begin with.
