Advice please, what in you're opinion /biz/ is the best way to turn $100 into $1000? I see people on here talk about 100k as if it were chump change i assume some are larping but for the most part everyone is knowledgeable and even helpful.. Not asking for a 10 step plan or investment advice. Just want to know how YOU did it. I'm going to school for business soon and I'm not hip to the lingo completely but any words of wisdom would be much appreciated.

Going to Google those terms. But i have 0 experience when it comes to investing and it seems like the learning curb is quite high.

No one here has any money, all LARPers. Shitcoins are the new penny stocks for people too dumb and poor for the stock market. The exception is BTC but smart money bought years ago and is just holding for probably several more years.

$3k minimum for Vanguard. But this is the best answer.

Think of the 24 hour news cycle, how seemingly every day there's a new "breaking story" that carries just as much weight as yesterday's breaking story. Finance forums such as this one will constantly be under a barrage of manufactured stories otherwise there would be nothing to talk about.

Tldr; invest in proven indices and hold. If you want to gamble go to Las Vegas, at least you get free drinks when you blow your life savings there.

I actually have some money. The best way to turn 100 to 1000 is to buy some asset that will enable a side job. Buy some tools and fix things for people on the side. Make (((jew)))lry and sell it on etsy. Buy a pressure washer and spray peoples houses on the weekend. Buy a ladder and clean old peoples gutters. Once you get 1000 reinvest into something bigger, or open a brokerage account somewhere and drop the money in an etf or mutual fund.
