In a nutshell:
You need to get hired by a studio/game dev and live in the right location to make it. Forget about being independent cause 3rd worlders undercut you.

Also! Be aware any 3D work requires the highest investment into hardware. Better have a beast PC 3090, top of the line cpu and 128 GB ram and shit like that or its gonna be painful.
