What's the actual reason they need a token for this apart from "oooh defi"? This could have been just a simple fiat based B2B subscription company. In fact that's the kind of company that they're competing with.

So much of their value is their centralised blockchain parser. A large part of their costumer base will have already produced in house solutions. No code just means that it's too basic for developers and complex for normie. Why is any company going to not only switch to PRQ but also use their native token as payment?

They are decentralizing allowing the community to create services on their infrastructure and allowing the creators to receive prq from people who use their products. The goal is to create a community marketplace/workshop. This is a long term end goal though.
