Updated case for Bayhorse Silver. More accurate now.

"There's only 18 silver miners that produce more than 1 million ounces a year. There's not that many… From silver going from $50-75 is going to be unbelievable, what these stocks potentially could do, and then it could keep going. Silver is the once-in-a-life-time trade."

- Top mining-stock expert Don Durrett, January 2021

“From 1962 to 1968, the average silver penny stock moved upwards over 150 times in price (one went up over 1000 times) due to a mere doubling of the price of silver and speculative fervor on the part of investors.”

- Doug Casey, “Crisis Investing.”

“Spokane continued to roll in silver. The average penny stock appreciated 160 times between 1960 and 1968.”

- Dr John Fahey, "Optimistic Imagination: The Spokane Stock Exchange," Pacific Northwest Quarterly, Vol. 95, No. 3 (Summer, 2004).

“Bayhorse Silver do an excellent job of telling their story and I believe will be very successful. With a $10 million USD market cap, I think they are cheap. I love it and own a boatload. I have a large position.” – Top mining stock analyst and close friend of Dr Quinton Hennigh, Bob Moriarty

Doing well thank you. I was looking at some things related to the blue lights and weird things underground in old mines you were referring to earlier today. I found link related that I think could be what you mean. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-09-30/min-min-lights-seen-in-outback/10317058

Care to tell me more about these "tommy knockers"? Is it anything like these Min Min Lights in Australia? According to the article a scientific explanation could be that these lights are caused by gases and shifts in temperature which both happen underground. What do you think? I have a feeling you are a little more inclined to believe in the supernatural in cases like these as you have been there and seen/heard it yourself

without going to /x/ for this thread there is very little known about this phenomenon. Its never been researched, but its witnessed all over the world and in every culture thats burrowed into the earth. German miners have stories and practices going back likely to the bronze age to do with them. Welsh miners still offer bacon to them in mines today. In Colorado and Nevada when the mines closed the companies would leave pink slips for the Tommy Knockers as well.

In my experience they are a "poltergeist" type apparition. They move things, you hear machines working, tools striking rock, men talking, muttering, etc that sort of thing. They can also mimic head lamps or flash lights, manifesting as bright blue small orbs which will float lazily down a drift or working, even moving gently side to side like a miners lamp. They are not intelligent as far as I know but do appear when or if you are in an area that is very dangerous. Welsh miners believed they were their comrades spirits warning them of danger. The most common sound is the sound of tapping or knocking on a wall or drift back. It sounds like a steel pick striking rock. When you hear this, you know its time to leave an area, something is going to happen, and it almost always does happen.

Any suggestions on where to buy legit good gold/silver in Mexico? I've heard that the silver the Banco de Mexico/Casa de Moneda sells is not really good quality, even though it's announced as being ley 0.999 (they also sell "centenarios", ley 0.900 gold coins, but since it's not "pure gold" I'm hesitant to buy some). I could also import it, but it's obviously more expensive because of taxes and extra fees.

Stacklett here (1oz Au, 20oz Ag).

How do you guys keep your silver? I know that vacuum sealing is good but pvc plastic (freezer bags) are bad. What about those plastic sleeves that coins come in from the dealer? If i keep them in those and tape them shut and then vacuum seal them in a freezer bag over top of that will that protect them from tarnish? Or will the bag still release gases that tarnishes them?

Would i be better off with a wooden box? What do you guys do?

ah heres the thing, the idea was to let the Tommy Knockers out on final shift, so they would follow the other miners out to the next work site. The idea is ancient, the Romans had the same idea for example.

>>27853822
I ve experienced this phenomenon twice while working, once in a mine in the Kootaney region (The BiMetallic Mine) and here at Osisko's Barkerville Gold Project.

At BiMetallic we could here guys way down the heading, past a cave in. We thought it was an echo from us, but none of the sounds matched up. We could hear a widow maker operating down there and even here the sounds of ore car wheels needing grease. As we got closer clearing out the cave in the sounds got louder and more constant until we reached that section of workings and it stopped. Every day afterwords though we would hit this pocket of extremely cold fresh air in that spot, and some of the other guys swear they saw men walking down that stretch of workings.

Here at BGM, when we were rehabbing the 1200 B Level abandoned workings we constantly heard and saw things. You could see head lamps past the small cave ins infront of us. The widow maker we were operating kept breaking down, the air lines running to it would be disconnected without explanation. My boss Mylan, an old Yugo miner was not happy in there at all, he was constantly on edge because he "knew" all this activity were Tommy Knockers telling us the workings were not safe. We finally abandoned that project when after a quick lunch break we went back into the workings, we had hit part of a collapsed stope and we all heard what sounded like someone yelling at us from back near the portal. For some reason we all got the feeling to leave, and not a day later that whole stope failed and obliterated that section of workings.

What ever this is, it doesnt follow my understanding of reality. I dont mind though, their harmless.

It would require some significant change in how we achieve space flight. Something like a skyhook system, at the very least.

Fuel is so expensive, and weight so precious, that the amount of PM you would have to bring back to justify the flight is, well, astronomical.

Space mining is primarily for manufacturing done in space, as it's cheaper to do that than being steel etc up from earth.

Been applying for Interactive Brokers for about a month now since they have the cheapest fees I can find but god damn they are taking their sweet ass time and have by far THE WORST customer support I've ever seen. Silver is a fucking element. It's not gonna be lower quality just because some of the silver atoms were mined in Poland or South Africa.

Libertads are a pretty popular coin, I think it would've come to light by now if the Mexican mint had consistently been using poorly refined silver all these years.

>I ve always thought of them more like tricky beings than guardian
Huh so kind of like the tonttu elves we have in our folklore here in Finland (though nowadays often depicted as Santa's elves too). According to lore, they are small bearded beings that watch over property and buildings. They are apparently spirits of the original owners/builders/pioneers of the property and everybody would had to conduct themselves in a respectful and proper manner when in buildings and man made structures lest the tonttu play tricks on or punish people by giving them bad crop season or lighting their house on fire or cause other accidents. But if happy they would be guardians of the property. During the time of reformation the Chruch thought of the tonttu and people who believed in them as Satan's pawns and persecuted people, even burned believers on stakes as witches. Martin Luther informed priests to exorcise tonttu the same way Catholic priests exorcised demons.

Definitely would be great to see some kind of rational explanations from somebody who has experienced Tommy Knockers. Mysterious things like these are always thrilling to think about.

You can't go wrong with SILJ, it's an ETF of dozens of the best mid-tier producers like First Majestic, Hecla, Yamana Gold, and Hochschild Mining. I've calculated before that it has something like 7x potential at $50 silver. If you want to be more adventurous you can buy individual mid-tier producers on their own like First Majestic or Hecla or Endeavour Silver. To go even further, you can buy some of the smaller producers or near-term producers like Alexco, Great Panther, AUMN. The ultimate risk/reward way to invest in the silver miners is to buy small caps like Dolly Varden, Blue Lagoon, Impact Silver. Those won't appear on the NYSE however. Some small caps (like BHS) have as much as 100x potential at $50 silver. But equally those are the stocks that might simply crash to zero if a black swan happens or if this silver bull market fails.

Best person for a new investor into silver miners is Don Durrett, who is conservative with his investments and prefers mid-tier producers. I highly recommend reading all his articles on SeekingAlpha.

I always cringe when I see people buying dimes and quarters, but I've got a jaded view- too many years of working in a cash office at a big retailer. I could get stacks like the one posted earlier in a month or two, basically for free- just the cash value of the coin. Don't work there anymore, sadly. But I still got a nice little Scrooge McDuck hoard of coins out of it.

Hell yea. That's a very good find. Half the fun in owning coins is looking at them. You can put on a youtube silver research video and inspect the wear/tear and dates on the coins and treat them as hobby as well as an investment.

I bought a little loupe and a mini scale to test for copper pennies etc. Also searched through all of my wheat pennies etc.

Silver and gold will only find true value when the dollar disappears. I believe it to be after Biden/democrats give up the potus. Then they let republicans take the heat for the recession/depression. My guess and chris ciovaccos guess is around 2030, give or take a few years, which would also coincide with Great Depression. Incidentally, covid coincides pretty close to Spanish flu 1917.

I listen to interviews with a guy called David Paulides (he researches unusual missing persons cases), and lots of people go missing near granite boulder fields. same, I actually watched a survey drone return to base because of one last summer. The drone lost coms with base and used GPS to return to the truck, really annoying but also very common here. You can be on a line cut following a compass and than realize you have been going in a big half moon all day because the needles not pointing north, its pointing to the ore body.
