I take one sip, it tastes like chemicals, i black the fuck out. Wake up the next morning on the floor of the police station waiting room. I tell the guy "I think I've been robbed!" and he goes, "No shit." Whatever they gave me had me absolutely fucked up, some kind of long-acting benzo, and I basically stumble back to my hotel to find that my room had been ransacked and everything of value stolen. the hotel clerk tries to sell me my passport back, but i explain that my card and all my money was stolen by his friends, so he calls somebody who brings my passport back. i miss my flight, overstay my visa and have to stay in mumbai an extra week

Not sure if this counts because drugs were involved, but I once took 10g of mushrooms and had a pretty terrifying experience. I was definitely passed out, was detached from my body and sort of flying around above a burning city with a huge pyramid in the middle. I went near it and this thing that resembled Moloch came out. Didn't seem too pleased I'd wandered into where ever it was. Don't remember a lot past that except what seemed like several days of what I'd describe as soul torture. I've done big doses before and since, but nothing came close to that.
