Give it some time. Or more like a lot of time.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if the sell pressure was coming from all of the pension funds dumping their 20 year old positions that have been a huge pain in their ass for ages.
There are tons of bagholders in this stock that have been waiting for an exit point.
Once this pressure has been let out we'll finally see the fucker grow. Might take a while though.

Firstly the price went up as we got towards earnings on anticipation of decent results. They slightly exceeded analyst expectations and so those people who had high hopes sold.
Secondly Nokia is an established company but it's not doing anything groundbreaking and it doesn't look like there will be any real uptick in revenues or dividends this year.
Thirdly if there are more attractive stocks in the same industry that look to have better growth potential people will go for them.
Nokia is not a good stock to hold unless you want very slow but steady growth.
