So what’s the best way for me to invest around 20-30k? I was not a total retard and sold at $380. I have potentially (if I’m to go all in) around $80k I could invest, if worth it. I don’t really like the gay ass 8-10% etf’s. Ur boy is high risk.

Regarding Rubic youll have to create a metamask wallet,send eth to it, then connect it to uniswap; then you add the Rubic (RBC) contract address from coingecko to the metamask url then you "Swap" your ETH to rubics. After this add Rubic as a custom token to your metamask wallet and it'll be there.
