This kind of bullshit works on reddit and newfags, but the kind of people who still hold PNK are much more intelligent and 100% willing to see this coin go to 0 before selling. Scams like yours come and go every month, but real solutions to inherent problems in crypto are extremely rare.

They just follow green lines. It literally doesn't matter when PNK picks up reddit's attention because it's going to $44.44 anyway. Kleros is big in developer circles and that's what actually matters. Let the integrations come first and stack while you can.

Reminder that the “PNK would pump if it were on more exchanges” narrative is false. Other far less accessible coins have pumped more. Also Link has performed 2x worse than Eth since the start of the bull run and it’s listed on every exchange. My guess for the price movement so far is an accumulation phase after its 10x over last summer combined with this first wave of normies flooding in who don’t know anything about crypto and buy based on price movement/name recognition alone.

That's why Kleros should switch over to Cardano for cheaper and faster transactions when the ERC-20 converter gets deployed on the Cardano platform.
I mean Cardano has invested quite heavily in Africa, notably Ethiopia which has a young population tech literate population looking to use decentralised platforms over their own outdated and often corrupt institutions. Hasn't Kleros been looking towards Africa too recently? hmm

just to add to this: i am a complete retard and can't explain what a blockchain is or what all these projects do. but i'm still buying pnk because discussion looks smart. i have also bought LINK in 2018. but alas, i don't even own a suicide stack.

A blockchain is a way of organising data such that any changes to the data in the last, say, ten minutes are gathered into a block and then validated by miners. The first miner to validate the block is rewarded with tokens to compensate them for validating it. All other miners check that the block has indeed been validated, and it becomes the latest block, then the process begins again. The miners don't have to trust anyone because they're all playing by the same rules and are competing against each other to earn the token, whatever it is (bitcoin, ethereum, whatever). This is inefficient compared to just running the software on a laptop, however the benefit is it's decentralised across the internet and so, unlike your laptop, is unhackable. No government or corporation can stop the system because the miners are everywhere. This allows the system to be much more cross-border, much faster and cheaper than traditional systems. It's also completely separate from legal jurisdictions and there's nothing even the most powerful people can do about it.

It's more that they really believe in decentralization as an ideal and can't even remember how normies feel when they have to spend $30 per exchange.
To be fair, Vitalik and Sergey are similarly idealistic and starry-eyed, and that's part of the reason they were so successful. It's the job of the community to intervene and bring them back to earth.

I'm a brainlet too, don't worry.
basically the erc20 converter will allow erc20 tokens to migrate over to the cardano network
smart contracts will allow the ability to develop dapps on cardano
>what does this mean for projects running on ethereum?
if they switch over it means cheaper fees and faster transactions. with defi going to be big over the coming years projects like cardano and dot are going to go parabolic(in my opinion) users hate paying eth fees, now imagine what it feels like being a dev using eth

ETH 2.0 is literally years away and keeps being delayed. There's also no guarantee of it even being released. While the Goguen phase for Cardano is nearing completion. Do you honestly believe devs are just going to sit by and wait for ETH 2.0 AND pay extremely high fees when Cardano and DOT exist? devs have already begun migrating

faster/cheaper/more secure/more decentralized blockchain protocols have been around for a while and they've all failed to build steam compared to ETH.
It's trivial to port an ethereum dapp to the TRON blockchain for instance, but nobody does it. I don't see Cardano being able to gather any momentum.

I think DOT is the only real contender, not because of the advantages of its blockchain protocol but because it target cross-chain operability. Their users will be able to access the ETH ecosystem, and devs from the ETH ecosystem will be able to dev on DOT in parallel to maintaining their main app.

This is kind of similar to how social media giants started with open APIs that made possible to aggregate different profiles. You could be on ICQ/MSN/Myspace and Facebook and Twitter. Then once your users have migrated and new users use your tech by default, you lock everyone it and take out the old competition. You can't take your competition head on, you have to coexist/cooperate for a while until you replace it.

not to mention, there are working ETH L2 solutions right now, but likewise, nobody is using them. the LINK holders think Arbitrum is going to be a game changer. I agree that it sounds technically amazing, but adoption will be the main problem. Basically blockchains devs are approaching the issue from a technical perspective when it's really a social problem.

you're retarded if you think kleros is going to be some sort of supreme court of the internet.
it's a small claims court for common sense issues:
- i paid $300 for a logo, but the design is shitty/stolen: am i warranted in getting a refund?
- i bought X of off ebay, but I think the description was misleading for the product I got: am I right?

check out the Stanford paper that's linked in every thread since it came out. Online jurors are good at solving simple issues in a fair and consistent way, which is exactly what Keros aims to do.

it also works as an oracle for all problems that you can't "average" (i.e. what Chainlink is doing):
- prediction/omen markets (is X dead? did Y happen? Chainlink oracles can't provide an answer for such questions)
- sports bet (did team X win?)

anon I hate to break it to you but ADA is a dead project. They've been around for 6 fucking years and look at their ecosystem. I bet even a fanboy like you couldn't even name on project built on ADA off the top of your head. Let alone a project you've actually used. Nobody is building on ADA, that's why their trying to shill their ERC-20 converter. They have no devs interested in their project and they're hoping that by cloning ETH projects they'll look like they have an actual ecosystem. But it's a fucking ghost town and nobody's moving in.

DOT has been around for less than half the time and they've got 10 times the project that Cardano has. I understand being bullish on DOT.
But being bullish on ADA is pants on retarded. Don't waste your money on a project with no future (and no past, there is absolutely nothing of note about Cardano)

It's not intended as a substitute for the law, you're thinking about "dispute" too literally. Let me put this in terms you can understand.

Imagine you commission some artisticaly sophisticated scat and fart erotica from a Japanese artist. Instead of dealing with the hassle of an international money transfer, you guys decide to use crypto. But you don't really trust the artist to deliver, and you're buying $500 worth of pornography, so you set up a smart contract to act as escrow. Then the artist sends you the drawings, but they didn't even use the anime character you requested, and it's just a bunch of low-quality scrawls. You throw a whiny tantrum, and trigger the Kleros dispute-resolution clause. The court can read the DMs you sent each other and see the terms of your agreement. You also provide pictures of the art you actually received, and the artist tries to squirm out of it by claiming you aren't showing the real art that he sent you, but he can't provide any evidence he actually did so. The court quickly comes to a consensus, and returns the money in escrow to your wallet, which you immediately run off and send to you findom.
I hope you can now understand how dispute resolution technology can improve your life today, and why it is not a substitute for the law.

The problem is not in a machine passing Turing Test - the new normal -, but with retards humans that can't pass a Reverse Turing Test, so they cannot tell apart humans from bots...
