This fact alone makes QE deflationary. The dollar weakened because people saw relative stability in the euro. I am going to have to disagree with you. They are in phase 1 and a lot can go wrong between this phase, the next, submitting the NDA and then getting the PDUFA approval. It is really early on in its stages that I feel most investors want to see the company meet endpoints before throwing money into them.
