Already have tons of ETH, sticking with crypto for now so I'll skip AG

I know fren, it's hard. It's tempting to just buy a house now but I want to buy a nice house with enough left over to retire on comfortably.

Despite what a lot of the retards on here will say, a couple mil is enough to make it.

3 mil x 37% capitol gains tax (USA) = ~1.8 mil
1.8mil invested in safe retirement fund x 5% = 90,000 a year (Before taxes)

You'll want to work anyway as a hobby, sitting around doing nothing making no friends will make you a complete loser, so work 8-12 hours a week and keep your earnings a secret.

Is this the hard part, fren? Is this the final test of our character?
I can afford an okayish home, and I can almost afford to retire (at ~$2.1M) but I can't afford both. I honestly believe that BTC will hit 100k+ and ETH will hit $7k+, but waiting is so hard.
In retrospect, the road from $5k to $40k was easy. The last month has been testing me hard. I lost 1.5 BTC by panic selling the bottom at 29k.

Yeah, I'm thinking 2.5-3 mil will be enough. I was thinking of starting a small business too, would give me something to do. I don't really want to work for somebody else even if I could quit whenever. Maybe an easy job that's only 8-12 hours a week could be fun though.

You already have enough to buy a luxurious apartment in any big capital of the world or buy 2 or 3 big houses in a great suburb.

Yeah Inflation will suck, Lets call in 5 mil, and you can buy that house and keep maybe half a million for further investing? The rest goes into a safe 5% retirement fund for ~100k a year.

That's how it feels. The final test after years of holding. Do we take the safe way out or risk it all? It's hard to tell people you're stressed about having over 1 million, but it really is a tense situation. Makes it hard to sleep knowing it could crash at any point.

I'm running a business, it's very fun, it can be stressful too depending on if you do it alone, or if you bring the wrong people in. We hadn't gotten our project out there yet, but our 'investor' is is putting enough in that we need to hit 6 figures for them to basically break even on their investment. So I'm hoping for some big bux.

>You already have enough to buy a luxurious apartment in any big capital of the world

Not enough for
Hong Kong
London
Low Angeles
Melbourne
New York City
Singapore
San Francisco
Sydney
Tokyo
Vancouver

You unironically need $3-5m for a luxury apartment in a top-tier city. With my 1.69m I could maybe afford a middle-class-boomer tier apartment.

DUDE i just LOVE the hustle and bustle of the big city, it’s so DYNAMIC and makes me feel like i’m in one of my favourite TV SHOWS. you should totally come on down to my studio apartment, it’s got EXPOSED RED BRICK walls and everything, we can crack open a nice hoppy ipa or three and get crazy watching some cartoons on adult swim! and dude, dude, DUDE, we have GOTTA go down to the barcade- listen here, right, it’s a BAR where us ADULTS who do ADULTING can go DRINK. BUT!!!! it’s also an ARCADE like when we were kids, so we can play awesome VIDEO GAMES, without dumb kids bothering us. speaking of which megan and i have finally decided to tie the knot- literally -we’re both getting snipped tomorrow at the hospital, that way we can save money to spent more on ourselves and our FURBABIES. i’m fuckin JACKED man, i’m gonna SLAM this craft beer and pop open another one!!!

I grew up in a suburb. Living in a dense city is quite nice as long as you don't have a nigger problem in your city and aren't poor. I already live in a luxury apartment that I'm renting just outside of the city, I could buy it for ~2M.
