I really want to buy but I'm currently 100% except living expenses in $link and $ubt, both of which have been outperforming silver's recent bull run. Is it worth selling any to get a physical silver position & why? I already understand that it's pretty and shiny and I can bury it in a box like a pirate which is honestly pretty cool. Should I take out a bank loan or something?

>> No.27105206

stacking silver is fun and very safe, you're always going to rise with inflation at least. the $1000+ meme is just that, but hey, crazier things have happened.

Precious metals make no sense.
Just admit you like shiny things. It's the only excuse.

In a shtf scenario where you need to barter you's be better off spending your money on prepping supplies, so you dont have to trade for it later.

Muh civilization collapse SHTF argument for buying physical bullion is really overrated because you can well see it's not going to happen as soon as the prepper boomers (who have been prepping for apocalypse for forever now) say it will if it ever does.. So in the meantime you can actually invest and grow your wealth (instead of merely hedging against inflation) and later on buy MORE of the things you need for SHTF

DTC can't guarantee the trades. There isn't enough capital because of what Melvin did. Counterparty risk is growing. No amount of money can cover 140% short position in GME. Market failure imminent. Get ready for 2008 part 2. Buying physical gold and silver would be wise.

JPM's "short" is actually just them dumping SLV on the markets vastly in excess of the true mined supply, via CME in order to artificially suppress the price of the physical metal (there are many, many reasons for them to do this). Corona and money printing have already led to increased premiums for physical, showing the relationship between the two is starting to break down. That, is why you buy physical silver, because if/when the correlation between the two markets breaks, the physical metal will be going to the moon

>currency of non collapsed nations
given most nations rely on usd to some extent if you live in USA currently silver is the best bet considering it is undervalued and ammo is overvalued. you could hit up costco for bulk bics but that wouldn't be an inflation hedge. so silver or become a tranny.

Silver is not an investment it’s money. Silver and gold are simply real savings. They do not gain or lose at all. Comparing silver to crypto and stocks is pointless. Silver going up in price is not the same thing as Amazon going up in price.

You “make it” with silver in a reset after a deflationary collapse of all asset prices. A days wage for most of human history is a silver piece the size of a silver dime. This is true today in much of the work too. When Americans are like OMG those rice paddy farmers are making 2$ a day. That’s actually right in line with sane historical economic reality since that 2$ will buy you a silver dime. Some fat fuck selling insurance here in America making 300$/day, if he converted that to silver he’d be making like 10 ounces of silver a day which flies in the face of all historic economic reality and is only possible due to massive inflation and the money changers in this country.

Silver is the most undervalued asset on planet earth. A days wage being a silver dime historically means that for every ounce of silver you buy for 30$ you are locking up at least 2 weeks worth of days wages after the collapse since 14 silver dimes equals 1 ounce of silver. So you do not even need much silver to make it in a deflationary collapse. You literally need like 250 ounces of silver and that will be 10 years worth of wages post collapse.

To add to this... the dollar price of gold and silver is irrelevant. Why would you value silver in terms of dollars when it was silver that gave value you the dollar. And the entire point of buying silver is because the dollar is a scam. Gold and silver do not derive their value from the dollar so it’s dumb to value it in dollars

ok in a few years from now when I have enough present-day non-apocalypse world wealth that I've fully made it (which I'm on track to doing) picking up silver will be trivial if I see that the odds of full civilizational collapse have increased. Then I'll have more silver than you. Can already buy way more silver than most /pmg/ers have, because years ago I sold my bullion for bitcoin instead of listening to schiff-boomers.

In the meantime you're repeating stuff Schiff was saying ten years ago as him and europac and silver have been outperformed by everything.

HOW TO KILL GLOBOHOMO IN ONE EASY STEP:

FAGGOTS JUST BUY PHYSICAL SILVER AND HOARD IT! IT IS CHEAP FOR A REASON!

WITHOUT CHEAP SILVER THEY CANNOT MANUFACTURE DIRT CHEAP SMART PHONES OR MOBILE TABLETS...THE INSTRUMENTS OF DIGITAL SLAVERY FOR THE NEW COVID ERA TECHNOCRACY!

WHEN SILVER PHYSICALLY BECOMES HARD TO SOURCE A PANIC WILL ENSUE AND IT WILL BE WORLDWIDE AND THIS GENIE CANNOT BE PUT BACK IN THE BOTTLE!

SMARTPHONE MANUFACTURING COSTS WILL SKYROCKET AND 5G SLAVERY WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO ENFORCE!

RISING SILVER PRICES = LOSS OF FAITH IN THE US DOLLAR / FIAT BANKING SYSTEM AND THERE WILL BE A FEEDBACK LOOP THAT CAN ONLY BE STOPPED IF MASSIVE SILVER IS RELEASED ON TO THE MARKET WHICH DOES NOT EXIST!!!

YOU CAN DO THIS 4CHAN...JUST BUY A FEW OUNCES! IF MILLIONS OF PLEBS BUY A FEW OUNCES...NOTHING CAN STOP THE AVALANCHE THAT WILL FOLLOW! ASIAN ECONOMIES (INDIA CHINA) WILL BE THE FIRST TO PANIC AND IT WILL BE GLORIOUS!

BANKSTERS WILL END UP HAVING TO LITERALLY KILL THEMSELVES! THE GLOBOHOMO TECHNOCRACY WILL COLLAPSE EVEN BEFORE IT TAKES OFF! CHINA WILL DIE BECAUSE THE COST OF SILVER MAKES THEIR SMART PHONE EXPORTS MORE EXPENSIVE REDUCING GLOBAL DEMAND!

HIGH PRICE OF SILVER KILLS THE MOBILE PHONE MARKET! THIS IS THE ONLY REDPILL YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND. CHEAP SILVER = CHEAP DEVICES = PERPETUAL COVID LOCKDOWNS AND DIGITAL SLAVERY!!!

IF 4CHAN SUCCESSFULLY MEMES A GLOBAL RUN ON SILVER IT WILL BE THE MOST EPIC TROLL FOR THE AGES!
