true, but that's not how they make their money. They make money buying collections wholesale at bourses and reselling at retail. They also make money by loading up when it's cheap and selling it fast when demand and prices go up.

Not sure. There are quite a few miners with outstanding legal issues but AG's liquidity might serve as a one-stop defacto "silver miner short". AG is leveraged to the value of silver and so you can kind of create your own leveraged short on silver by shorting AG instead of one of the ETFs
Silver spot price moving upward will push AG like crazy. Probably more so than most other mid tier miners.

Depends on your risk tolerance. Usually when something starts moving parabolically for no self sustaining reason you DON'T want to follow it. One of those situations where the upside is pushed by FOMO and the downside can become tremendous.
