Probably because they applied anon. Rubic team has already stated they will be sending their exchange applications in February or March as they want more of their product in place. This is how early you are to rubic. They've worked with CZ in the past and have a good relationship due to them helping binance via their wish project. Do you really not think they'll get listed to binance somehow? Once that happens, volume will soar and other exchanges will want their piece of the pie and list rbc as well. Exchanges make massive amounts of money from trading fees.

Probably crap here for a couple days and then randomly shoot up to 30-35 cents making 18-20 the new floor... Seems to be the pattern the past few weeks. It has a huge pump out of nowhere then it consolidates and crabs. Typically the dumps are caused by two wallets using bots to trade. They typically dump 40-80 eth on a specific hour... Wait a little bit... Then it buys back in. It has been consistently doing this for two weeks now and building a stack. One of the bots yesterday lost some eth though trying to swing due to people buying. The wallets continue to grow which is a good sign.
