it depends. if you have something like robinhood there is an after hours window from i believe 4-6PM EST. the catch is that you can only trade whole shares, not fractions of a share like how you could during market hours.

In the morning, you'll be able to enter the premarket at 9AM EST. Same rule apply here.

Note: 4AM EST is when the premarket actually opens, but most of retail lacks a broker that gives them access to trade that early.
