For example, if I you hit a 5x return would you:

1. Sell it all
2. Sell half and let the rest ride out
3. Sell your initial and let the rest ride out

I would never sell for USD. USD to do what? Buy stuff? Buy what exaclty? For what? To do what? To buy a big mansion? And then what? Go to sleep at the end of the day?

I live the market, I breathe the market, I am the market.

It really depends on what the project or company looks like at the time of this, if I suspect a retrace, etc.

Are you fucking retarded? If you took the risk for a mere 5x you have understood nothing. I'm up 150x and still holding 100% of it. You will absolutely NGMI.

you take 8% every 2x of your average buy in price. Simple formula, works pretty well.

>Do you have rules for taking profit?
Shifting threshold.
Since one never knows when shenanigans will happen, good or bad (public offerings, mergers, etc.)
Somewhere between 3-5x (maybe even 10x), take out your initial seed money. Place a threshold above it you're happy with, then bleed it once a day while it's above the threshold, and only for exactly your seed amount (shares matter as it's going up).
Take some of the seed money and put it in a blue chip, or dividend bearing stock/bond. Don't forget taxes; but you can work this out at the end of the year.

I take profits when I have something better to do with the money than keep risking it where it is.

This is the only correct answer.

sell ten percent after a ten times I think is pretty fine. Beyond that I'm not sure yet and I don't fucking sell so. (I did this with parsiq and sold ten percent at a dollar since I'm tired of watching my portfolio go up and then crash back down)
