It's healthy and a good sign. With ADA you are playing the mid to long game. 90% of projects that have a big move up and drop never retrace. Retracements are incredibly bullish. Personally I keep a going amount of USDC on Binance for the dips.

The catalyst is obviously Q2, so the pump and slight retrace, is healthy, just like in any stock. We have to remind ourselves that this is crypto, and though trends and past performance/metrics certainly mean something, there’s always the outlier to moon, and marketcap be damned, new shit happens on a daily basis so ADA mooning from here to $5-6 within the next six months is possible.
