I generally automatically discard resumes by people who's names I can't pronounce like Parvinder, Mohammed or Cyrillic sounding names like "Czechornovaza", regardless if they have the necessary experience and qualifications.

I pride myself for having no muslims working for me, though sadly there was this one white woman who converted to Islam and then left our firm on her own volition.

That said, I generally hire more women, asians and mixed race people to meet the diversity quota to avoid being targeted by SJWs.

I usually don't trash anything since pretty much all of the hires are contacted without prior request from them, and it's a matter of seeing if they're interested in the position or not.
The remaining 10% that actually applies for the job is almost entirely rejected in block.

This is mostly because of the field, translations from JP, CH, TW and KN, being filled with barely literate teens that think minimal fluency is enough to be paid for it.
Out of all the applications we get, 90% are for the JP section only, EOPs whose only extra language is the pig Japanese they learned from anime, and they even act outraged when they're told to fuck off.

I don't know about other fields, but in my experience in management most jobs already have people they have in mind for the position. Unless you're outstanding in every way it's extremely unlikely you'll land anything by sending an ordinary CV
